Law…Yer Nation! PayGo Congress Inappropriately Celebrating Diversity

Congress passed PayGo and our President signed it into Law!

As soon as Health Care becomes law, it becomes in violation of PayGo. If there are any unparalyzed Cowards out there with a legal license…time to goto Court for an injunction against Health Care on the grounds it violates PayGo…the Law of the Land. Or, pick any other appropriations bill which becomes law.

Now it could be unconstitutional too…but that depends on how each judge feels whenever he/she/it is ready to just sayin’. So get an injunction, like they do in California whenever an extremist unfair oppressive Proposition passes…. Then…just keep litigating fo evah!

I’m so passionate about this, but I’m a coward.

I hope this never…happens…again. I NEED my daily Hope and Change speech to make me feel good and afraid again!
