Incredible opportunity to prove that legalizing other drugs is a win-win situation for all.

1. Reduce Global Warming by reducing carbon emissions by eliminating need for all the planes, ships, vehicles, and trains bringing pot to the USA from around the world.

2. The Biggest and Best Stimulus Ever! IMMEDIATE creation of hundreds of thousands of JOBS in the USA …at ZERO COST!

3. Incredible opportunity for Federal Governement to Fix Prices like for Physician Health Care…to LOCK IN taxes, fees, and licensing revenue streams.

4. Takes billions upon billions every year from the evil rich: warlords, the CIA, Laotians, Vietnamese, Turks, Afghans, Columbians…and all those traffickers…

5. reduce World Hating of Americans [reduce our Apology Speech Program]

6. Several local jurisdictions do not enforce present marijuana laws; or, selectively enforce them; or make local laws to not enforce federal law. Legalization fixes all those conflicts and confusion.

7. Huge, simple, and cost effective health care benefit as a self-medicating pain manager and psychological calmer.

8. Cash crop, easy to grow, already tested throughout the US, many varieties to suit taste

9. Proven huge tax, fee, and licensing revenues from multi-billion dollar cottage industry in US and undocumented imports from abroad

10. Since agriculture the remaining US competitive advantage in the world market… huge export potential and would reduce balance of payments deficits.

11. Reduce American people’s perennil multi-billion dollar financing of harming, violence, tragedies, and isolated incidents by troubled and oppressed peoples of the world

12. Helps to Celebrate the Diversity of the American counterculture

13. Pot is a ‘victimless crime’…like abortion, it’s a “choice”

14. Some studies say marijuana is safe and not addictive; and, a healthy alternative to dangerous evil drugs like alcohol

15. Reduce law enforcement violence and harming and profiling against people

16. Would free tens of thousands of oppressed jailed pot users/dealers/accomplices, thus making more jail room

17. Better entry level job market for newly arrived people

18. Everybody immediately covered because insurance companies cannot deny coverage for any “pre-existing conditions”

19. No impact on vehicle operation because of “no fault insurance” coverage; and, the States already force insurance companies to contribute to an “uninsurable motorist” pool in order to get their State license.

20. Reduce court and police workloads

21. a promise elected leaders could keep…thus restoring the American Dream of faith and trust in our leaders of hope and change.

p.s. A measure that could possibly “raise the State of California to the level of” either Universal Health Care of its Catastrophic Condition…or the California State Government to a possible means of actually honestly reducing its debt….

Number 2 will not work, America will not stand for putting foriegners out of business...

Nope, no, no I see another flaw in the legalization of growing marijuana, Congress will allow us to grow it only after they outlaw the use of running and or stagnant water...
