TODAY, the airwaves, internet, and print are filled with all the usual suspects … like any day.
Yet TODAY, you have the opportunity to vote in this election…or be Thee Elect in your own mind. Choose…or be The Chosen.

TODAY, the blaming, name calling, prejudices, and deceptions continue …unabated in every flavor.
Yet TODAY, each person has a day long opportunity to make their own decisions…or follow what someone else TELLS you to do.

TODAY is a climax of millions of emotional appeals to ‘us or them’, ‘good or evil’, ‘stay on top or fight back’, ‘punish or reward’.
Yet TODAY, each one of us can choose to try and make voting decisions one by one, based on reason, which is based on certain principle.

But rationally, TODAY, like any day, your Adversary is not any “them” …but the same old adversary between what you want to do and what you ought to do: YOU.
So TODAY, like any day, one thing at a time, is full of the opportunities to do what you OUGHT to do.

TODAY, it all starts like it always does – regardless of whatever we feel, think, say, or do – with the First Question: Who’s in Charge Here?
Yet TODAY, like any day, all the animals live by instincts…while you & I, ‘being human’, are stuck with…

That person in your mirror.
Responsibility begins with the ‘beliefs’ we each choose…to follow.
Be…the animal? Or do…choose.

Now Frank Sin…atra sums all this up in the refrain in “Strangers in the Night”
Do Be Do Be Do…

So:
If the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness?
