We hardly hear “into the 21st Century” any more, but here’s an article that covers the first ten years since it started happening [2001-2010]. What does this article rationally indicate about the progress of our higher educational system after trillions of federal aid, organized by an entire Federal Department for 43 years, to sustain the world’s best university system?

It’s only fair that I picked college football sustained excellence to prove the point. Why? It’s very popular and full of polls and opinions and buzz… like ‘they cheat’, ‘we’re number 1’, and ‘BCS sucks’. So in love and hate, it just keeps growing huger and bigger and more unfairer and less level in the very bastions of exceptional higher education. Celebrating Diversity in University…has a kind of a ring to it.

But let’s not go too Far…side. Let’s rig the whole ‘indicator’ in our favor because Celebrating Diversity is so exciting, so popular, that … everybody does it. Like a Fantasy Game, Virtual Reality, skyrocketing twitterings, and so forth.

First, let’s not pick just any ol’ newspaper, let’s pick the bestest fairest most affordable and level national newspaper to ‘put’ our point into: The LA Times. It’s so widely read and has a wonderful rep and everybody’s herd of it so an article totally has cred by just being there.

Second, let’s pick a Professor to make the point. Professors know more, are experts, and have the bestest words and thinks and titles and experience. But not just any Nutty Professor! Let’s pick a Distinguished Professor…of a great Named Chair position at a renowned University. And not just any distinguished chair professor. Let’s get also a professor in research! And not just ‘in research’, but the Director of a Research Institute! Now…THAT’S more like it to levelly and fairly and appropriately prove the point no doubt, no question!

But, every Expert humbly knows Nobody is Perfect…and so has an Alternative Reality [OLD term: Exit Strategy] for the determined inappropriate happening that Nobody could have expected. In this case, we have co-authors so we can triangulate the blame and concern if whatever uncomfortable ‘so it can never happen again’ …happens. And this also sets up our press conferences for the tragedy which makes our article ‘necessarily skyrocket’ by going viral. Finally we totally have the most ethical article. Nobody says and the LA Times does not mention that the two authors have the same last name, are at the same school… and one is a sophomore English major.

So, wow! Are we so excited and naturally warming to let the point be proven totally, honestly, actually, really [THAR]? I’m already exhausted with excited anticipation! So I needed another ‘hit’ to ‘get me up’ right here and…here it is! Our Amazing Bestest Distinguished Director Professor has crunched the numbers! I’m so excited more – math is “fact-based”! With Science on my side…Progress is inevitable! Totally!

And NOW, with Science on My Side, who but the bestest, distinguished, research institute director, could be more appropriate to author again, the oldest Scientific short cut to The Conclusion so we don’t take too long to have the actually right class?

It’s sorta of a secret, but, this makes it more exciting and really juicy to do the secret transparently right in front of everyone and nobody gets it so what can be more exciting than that?

But before we do the secret trick transparently, it’s time to feel up our feelings! What’s more caring than telling midwest people that their B1G is …little by BCS Bowl unkindness? And feeling sorry for B1G national pounding and overrated media and fan mentionings? Laughing at them is so fun. Killing ’em with the kindness of pity for an inferior is …a LOT of fun. But it’s even more funnest getting them madder at each other, by singling out 1 of 11 [or 12] and telling that 1 is so better than their friends, then watch ‘how firm their ‘friendship’ …bloom. This is the stuff of legendary leadership of a first-rate kind, perfectly suited for stimulating neverending, evermore appropriate, natural excitement.

But finally by all our fairest excitings…to the transparent trick! The trick of sustained excellence by telling compelling comparative statistics to have the only way to really appreciate! Our Prof totally honestly actually really knows exactly how to unbelievably incredibly unspeakably say all those words together.

I hope you’re as anxious as I am to finally say the transparent secret trick!

OK… it’s not my trick. I can’t rise to the level, so I’ll let it lie by a try to have a poetry:

The Trick
say the best
divide the rest.

say compelling
control the telling.

pick the rite test
omit the rest

stimulate our feelings
by raising mental debt ceilings.

Celebrate Diversity
to ob-literate University.

there’s no moral in the story
of Fair Shares of our glory.

there is no class
when our head’s up our a##.

so the Trick is said & written right in front of us in plain sight in plain English
and… it’s not there when my perception is reality, as my light is darkness.

now didn’t I promise ‘so much’?
and deliver so little… and ‘do nothing wrong’?
This article was dumped on my desk. Let’s just move on….
The professor Knows CLASS. Best. By the only way to really appreciate.

So, is The Trick a …pretty ‘sophomoric’ stunt?
About rite for Small Claims Court, Truth be told.
But, just naturally destroys every human civilization
…except for ours. Celebrate Die-versity. Addition by division.

Throughout the great pattern of thnigs you get a B- for hard work. Where you lost us was first on your facts. You know, as the maxim goes, details make or break the argument.. And it couldn’t be much more correct right here. Having said that, let me say to you what exactly did deliver the results. The text is actually incredibly powerful which is possibly why I am making the effort to opine. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, despite the fact that I can easily notice a jumps in reasoning you make, I am definitely not certain of exactly how you appear to unite your details which inturn produce your final result. For now I will yield to your point but wish in the near future you actually connect your dots better.

i agree my posts can be very difficult to understand for some – especially with those individuals unfamiliar with American history or current political events.

    We sure a “piece of work” … and not always a work in progress. ;-{)}
