These Could Possibly Be Legal Taxpayer Happenings

DISCLAIMER: I am not an expert or licensed in anything. As a Citizen Coward, I am just expressing my First Amendment rights with NO responsibility whatsoever…just like my shining examples, our Most Brilliant President evah and our Most Transparent President evah. Whatever you do with this – or do NOT do – is YOUR responsibility and YOUR problem! Actually, I’m totally already honestly not specifically recalling what is about to happen in this article…really.
1-It could be that the law requires withholding at least 90% of your estimated taxes for a given year. Rumor is the form for this is a W-4. As our Federal and State governments are not only in debt, but now might even delay income tax refunds of EXCESS withholding…what if taxpayers stopped giving extra money for a whole year to elected representatives that overspend EVERY YEAR, then might not give it back?
2-If you own property…you could have real estate taxes. You might have an escrow account where you pay monthly property taxes…in advance. And then, your friendly, trustworthy mortgage company plays with your money for free …until they pay your real estate taxes…then raise your escrow amount for next year. Could you [a] pay your real estate taxes on your own; [b} not pay them until they are due?
3-When you have a fee or a license renewal, it is possible to wait to pay it until the due date. Of course, if a lot of people do this, there could be huge crowds at the paying place on that Last Day. If your trustworthy government office closes before they serve you [actually, your number], you could pay the late fee…or email that government office and tell them you were customer #X and denied your payment by the government and so do not owe the late fee. If government charges you anyway, you could write the office a letter requesting they pay you punitive and compensatory damages for their failure to perform. If the government doesn’t pay, you could take your case to Small Claims Court…making sure you document all your lost work and resolution time, and the pain and suffering of an unjust late fee and failing to make you whole, for your claim against the government.
4-If the Federal or State government fails to perform a service that is required by law or their rules or representations, you could write that office a letter requesting $ compensation for the late/lost service plus the costs of your efforts to recover from that loss, plus pain & suffering if the government evades or refuses to compensate you. Then, you could possibly take that government office to Small Claims Court.
5-Since it’s possible we Cowards do not ‘have’ a ‘justice system’, but an Adversarial System where we are the pawns of the Officers of the Court… might be helpful for you to check out your court location & jurisdiction, and the judges likely to get your case. As all good lawyers know but i’ve only heard rumor, it’s who you know and who you get. Speaking of lawyers, it could be that Small Claims Court does not permit lawyers to represent litigants. There’s also a rumor that Small Claims Court judges normally rule on the cases they hear…immediately. This could be…helpful to Cowards who are totally traumatized by government oppression and scarred fo’ life whenever the ALCU and $$$ interests can’t delay their case for years or be Amicus Curiae [the Friend that uses you for whatever they want].
6-Now if you have a tax debt, or feel one coming on, you could goto those lawyers in those commericals who will “fight for you” and “step between you and the relentless IRS” and …well …you could ‘cut a deal’ like all the experts do in court and our leaders do with each other. You could ‘make a case’ to ‘be treated fairly’…using the precedents of all the others that got off for “pennies on the dollar” of their debts. Or maybe even just write an IOU, or issue a Bond to the government, or let the government know you will pay your taxes ‘off-budget’ this year so the goverment can’t count it so you don’t owe them.
Now there’s No Fault Insurance, and 50/50 divy no matter what Divorce States, and hordes of special rights, and hate crimes. It could be possible that you…branded a Coward by the Top Legal Authority in the United States Government…have been suffering and troubled ever since that Fateful Proclamation about You…and maybe BeeFor? It is possible to use your choice of the mountains of legal precedents awarding sufferers and kept downers billions of dollars that you could possibly keep hearing all about on ‘the news’ from ‘the media’. I herd it’s been called “let’s make a deal”, “our justice”, “my civil rights” for decades of The Great Struggle Against Oppression! Now could there be so many uninvented diseases, traumas, and conditions from all this oppression? It could be that your correct doctor could diagnose your condition and suffering…just like all the experts do in Court and the movies…and that could be evidence….
So, my fellow Cowards, according to these THAR Towering Pillars of Fairness and Diversity…it could be time for you to ‘get me some o’ dat’. I’ve been THAR passioned by all the special people ‘fighting back’ and I wanna ‘be’ special too!
Now, it could be that if nobody is caring for you and you’re getting all these debts or the government is oppressing you, you just need to disappear jogging [for females, bi's, and transgenders]. Thousands will volunteer to Look For You, and there will be helicopters and search teams and press conferences. You could be Found and have Interviews where you could reveal your troubles and traumas and Become A Case…to Be Taken Care Of …so it “will NEVER…happen …again”!
This could be called…”Civil Obedience”. I dunno about you, but I feel ‘forced’ to ‘have to do what’s best for me’…and ‘be there for me’…from hearing all about having to feel/be/do/have that for DECADES!
Anyway, I just…have a frightened feeling about our leaders and this Nation of Laws …when the California Mental Health Department can expressly break the law 17,000 times to set sexual predators free…so I can be totally traumatized by more murders and thus hear government spokespeople, experts, and media say “frightened and outraged” so i’m more cowardly than evah and just about paralyzed into fear and depression! So you can see, my case for Affordable Health Care…is as compelling as your need to pay for it.
